Mango Barbecued Chicken

During the summer we love to grill and we try to grill at least once a week.  I am always looking for new recipes to try on the grill.  When I saw the recipe for this Mango Barbecued Chicken, I knew I had to try it.  I really liked the addition of the mango in the barbecue sauce.  It gave it a really great flavor.
The sauce tasted great and was really easy to make.  We set some aside and heated it up to make a dipping sauce for the chicken. This is a great variation of cooking chicken on the grill.  I really loved the sauce.  I can't wait to make this again!

Mango Barbecued Chicken(Recipe adapted from food.com)
6 bone-in chicken breasts (boneless chicken breasts can also be used)1 large mango, chopped3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar2 tablespoons dark brown sugar1 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 cup ketchup
1.  Combine the chopped mango, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, and ketchup in a blender and blend until smooth.
2.  Set some sauce aside and then brush the chicken with the barbecue sauce.  Grill over medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked, basting the chicken with the sauce as it cooks.
3.  Simmer the extra sauce and then use as a dipping sauce.
