My husband and I usually don't buy each other gifts for Valentine's Day.  He'll usually get me some flowers and we will go out to a really nice dinner instead of getting gifts for each other.  Usually we'll make breakfast or dinner for each other, since we usually wait until the weekend to go out.  
This Strawberry Cream Cheese Skillet Monkey Bread would be a great breakfast to make for your family or significant other on Valentine's Day.  This monkey bread is really easy to make and is placed in a skillet and baked, instead of baking it in a bundt pan.  
This Monkey Bread is so delicious and I really like the Strawberry Cream Cheese flavor.  This is also really good topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.  This is a great take on Monkey Bread and is great for breakfast.  I hope that you enjoy this great breakfast!




Strawberry Cream Cheese Skillet Monkey Bread(Recipe from Pillsbury)
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup strawberry jam
1/4 cup sugar
1 can refrigerated Flaky Layers biscuits
fresh strawberries (optional)
whipped cream (optional)

1.  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2.  In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, jam, and sugar with a whisk.  (The mixture will be lumpy).

3.  Cut each biscuit into four pieces.  Place the biscuit pieces in the cream cheese mixture and evenly coat each place with the mixture.  Then place the biscuit pieces in a single layer in a greased 10-inch skillet.

4.  Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.  If desired, serve with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
